A group of scholars and professionals in Australia gathered a few years back, and decided to support the world of education, which was then marked by the birth of Uni-bridge Consortium Australia in 2008. The website would provide you with a deeper understanding on what we do, all in favor to the development of humanity and accordingly to the world of education.

UNI-BRIDGE ENGLISH

It is still undeniable, that the use of English plays an important role, not only within the education world, but in many significant aspects, in the field of education and employment. To date, students and employees are recommended, to use the language well & properly.

Embracing the idea, Uni-bridge English designs programs on the study of this language, for students and adults as follows:

Preparation programs to sit for English language exams from CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH:

  • English for Young Learners (Starters, Movers & Flyers)
  • Key English Test (KET)
  • Preliminary English Test (PET)
  • International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

The program is available to be implemented by any educational institutions, i.e. formal and/ or non-formal. When the program is to run at any formal education institution, then it is to only function as a supplement to the main curriculum employed in the respected schools/ universities. However, should the program be adopted by a non-formal institution, then it is feasible to be offered as the main program.

CERTIFICATE IV IN TESOL (TEACHING ENGLISH TO SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES)

For this program, Uni-bridge English collaborates with Holmesglen Institute – Australia. The qualification gained from the program is internationally recognized. Each learning aspect has been designed in such a way that participants will have the competency to:

  • Analyse the relationship between culture and learning to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Understand the English language and its use in communication
  • Gain knowledge of the genre-based approach to teaching English
  • Plan lessons and classroom management strategies
  • Understand and teach grammar, spelling and pronunciation
  • Teach others to speak, listen to, read and write in English
  • Evaluate English ability to create, collect and collate teaching resources

CONVERSATION CLASSES

This type of classes in learning English is always interesting and very popular, as the delivery format is dynamic and interactive. The topic discussed in each meeting, will be related to ideas/ themes which have been designed in tune with some daily activities, which are dynamic and always interesting, such as: travelling, shopping, going to the coffee shops, etc.
